Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales and managing key accounts to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong corporate network, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong corporate relations with government sectors and other large entities
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Design and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets effectively
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with corporate clients
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license and comfortable with fieldwork
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong corporate network and proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
